The Price Seeker AI Assistant is opening in beta for a group of accounts. During this stage, each user has a limited usage allowance: a bar below the conversation shows how much you’ve used, and the assistant lets you know before it runs out.

What helps us fine-tune it most is your feedback. Below every answer you’ll find a thumbs up and a thumbs down. If something doesn’t add up, one line telling us what went wrong is worth more than any metric.

  • Enabled account by account, on the data you already have in Price Seeker.
  • Works with the latest available capture for each channel.
  • It analyzes and recommends. The decisions, and the rate changes, are still yours.

How can we help you

  • What data does the assistant use?

    Only data from your account: your hotels, your compset, and your distribution channels. It's the same information you see in Price Seeker, with the same level of data isolation as the rest of the platform. It cannot access other clients' data or share yours.

  • How is it different from a generic chatbot?

    It doesn't rely on information from the internet. It works with your hotel's actual rate shopping data and provides insights specific to your business, rather than generic explanations.

  • Does it replace dashboards?

    No, it complements them. It's a shortcut for answering specific day-to-day questions. For more in-depth analysis, your dashboards are still there.

  • What language does it respond in?

    Whichever language you use. The chat window opens in the language configured in Price Seeker, but if you ask a question in English, it will respond in English.

  • How do I activate it?

    It's enabled on an account-by-account basis. Leave your details in the form or contact your usual Price Seeker representative.
